About Me

Born and raised in the Coastal City of Mombasa, i embarked on business right after college.
Since then, I've become an avid enterpreneur deciding to settle in Housing and Real Estate.
I own several (inherited) plots of land, two undeveloped but with close proximity to infrastructure (shopping centres, roads, water mains and electricity) developed and leased and/or rented. Some are rented out as residential houses and others as shops.
I have a shop which currently serves as my day job, in which i stock mineral water, soft drinks, and energy drinks.
I also own a Video Hall for Live soccer screening as an additional source of income with plans of expansion into new business ventures (like car-hire).

My Business

I have (developed) Iand on the busy Mombasa/Nairobi highway (Mazeras).
I also own a Video Hall for soccer screening and also have a shop which acts as my (two) main (day to day) source(s) of income in which i stock mineral water, soft drinks and energy drinks for wholesale and retail.
Recently acquired cargo containers which I plan to set up and rent out as shops.
The latest business venture I plan to embark on is car hire and rental. I'm researching on various sources of finance (and /or including) costs, ie capital, requirements, and profitability.

Project Proposal

Finally ready to embark on one of my projects, opening up a bottled water Depot for wholesale and retail vending.
Sourced out the perfect place for the venture, on a prime business location- the busy Mombasa-Nairobi highway which I plan to rent out.
Also engaged probable future clientele, and I see myself doing good business.
