About Me

I am Michael Adeolu Akintunde from Ayetoro, Yewa-north LGA of Ogun state, Nigeria. Was from a family a bit below the average. I had my primary school education and junior school education from my place of birth and concluded my senior school in Lagos. Had my NCE at Federal College of education, Abeokuta and a final year Economics student at National Open University of Nigeria.

I was left to be on my own after my NCE as the first child to focus on my siblings. I got back to Lagos and got a job whose pay is not enough to fend for my expenditure and school degree program. I was part of those relieved in May 2018 because the management couldn't pay salary.

After been jobless for over half a year, I joined driving with Uber which had been a big support and relieve for my finance and education.

I make a total revenue of 90k to 100k weekly. After paying for the car, cost of fueling and other expenditure, I am left with 25k to 35k weekly. I hope to get my own car soon so I can make more money to execute other business I have in mind.

My profits go into savings of a cooperative society that borrows her members double of their savings for whatever projects. Others go into savings for my house rent, school fee and support of my siblings in higher institutions.

My Business

I drive with Bolt (Taxify) and Uber. It's an online E-hailing business where riders request for a ride online and drivers online pick them up to their destination for a fee based on the distance and time.

Also a farmer. I have acres of land in my hometown where I grow maize and cassava.

Loan Proposal

1. Part of the loan will be used to contract a printer to make business cards which has my business details to customers. I give special driving services like offline trips and travels which fetch more money. Many customers do request for this.

2. Car documents renewal. The car road worthiness, insurance policy and other documents had expired, part of the loan will be used to renew these documents to avoid traffic penalty and sanctions as well as avoiding breech of business activities.

3. The mobile phone I used for my E-hailing business was recently phased out as its no longer run smoothly and efficiently the new features of the driving app hence the reason to get one of the recommended mobile phone
