About Me

I am Priscilla Mensah, born in Accra, Ghana, and hail from the Eastern Region of Ghana, a country in West Africa with hospitality as the hallmark of its citizens. I am the first of 3 children of my mum. I had a very great childhood with my dear dad by my side until I lost him in my final year at high school. I had my high school education at Mfantsiman Girls' and proceeded to the University of Ghana where I read Psychology and Political Science. I have always loved cooking and have the flair for anything culinary. At an early age, it had always been my dream to own a restaurant and in March 2015, I started a restaurant as a joint partner and by God's grace, I have been able to start ABK's Eat-In on my own.

My Business

ABK's Eat-In is a company that runs culinary services for its clients. It started operation on 11th October, 2017 and serves only local Ghanaian dishes at the moment. It is our vision to be a restaurant and employer of choice in our country. We also plan on adding several continental dishes to our menu and so our profits are reinvested back into the business for growth. At the moment, our place is quite small and it is on our plan to get a bigger place with more serenity so customers can feel at home and we hope Zidisha can support us to achieve this goal.

Project Proposal

I run a food retail business and as time passes, my customer base keeps increasing. With the support of our lenders, I’d be able to raise extra money to procure more foodstuff to meet my increasing customer demand.

I have been sick for some time now and trying to recover. Things have been very rough from my end these past weeks and I’m hoping to getting back ti my usual real soon. All the same, I’m grateful for the fact that I can still breathe. Haven’t returned to work fully and that is why I’m requesting for this adjustment and thank you very much to the Zidisha team for the patience because they’ve given me that in excess; very grateful.

Haven’t been well for some time and have been battling for my health. It’s been on and off and constant trips to the hospital. Tried several ways to recovery, from herbal to orthodox, and things have been real hard. Hoping to get back to my usual self and to my normal life real soon. Thank you.

I’d like to thank my lenders for their support. Although I fell ill for a while and was on hospital admission, their loan served as a cushioning and I’m eternally grateful to them

Hello, this is Priscilla here. So the past two weeks have been quite tough, the first time I’m experiencing this in s very long while but I guess it’s part of the growing process, every business needs it but thanks to my previous lenders, I had a cushioning and have been able to sail through it. These loans help us out in so many different ways and our lenders have no idea the kind of lives they’ve been affecting with their generous gestures. I’m taking this opportunity to thank them and wish them luck in all their endeavors.
