About Me

I was born in the year 1986,my early childhood was difficult since mom had to work odd jobs to feed and keep me and my sister in school.i struggled through primary school,.I started secondary school in the year 2002 at kilungu day and boarding high school where I depended on bursary to pay my fees.after finishing high school I got a temporary job in Nairobi which enabled me to take care of my mom and also pay for my sister's education.the job lasted to 2014 and after that I used my savings to start a green grocer shop.the business is located in athiriver devki.

My Business

I own a green grocer shop ,a general shop .after losing my job I used the little savings I had to start a small stall to sell fruits in kangemi where I was then residing.after a year I relocated to athiriver where I started my gree grocer shop and later the general shop.I also do farming at my rural home.in the green grocer I sell mainly vegetables and fruits.the general shop stocks household items..I do fruit tree farming at home as well as growing maize and beans,I also have a dairy cow,we sell the proceeds of the farm locally and I use the money to support my family.i also pay my farmhand and sometimes we do charity work in our local church.i also use some of the profit to expand my shops,

Project Proposal

I have been planning on expanding my business to cover other areas such as being able to sell fresh milk which means buying a freezer,,I also need need to sell raw sausages which will definitely need a freezer too,.a new freezer goes for about twenty eight thousand Kenya shillings so I'll have to add on the deficit.the three thousand will definitely make an immediate impact in my business because nobody in my vicinity has a freezer meaning and there is high demand for sausages and quality milk.the profits arising there in I'll use them to expand my businesses..I will also add some money to the Zidisha fund to help others
