Hi Lenders.

I have contacted Nicholas concerning his late payments. He explained that the reason why he has not been able to pay his instalments for two weeks is because he has been having a problem with his Safaricom line as he cannot access the M-pesa menu. I adviced him to call their customer care immediately and see if he can get help and if not come to Nakuru (He lives out of town) and visit their customer care shops to get help.
I also reminded him of maintaining his repayment rates because it will be favourable for him in his next loan as it will put him in good standing with lenders.
He promises to tackle this immediately and pay all the arrears due. He wanted to know also if he can use a different line to pay but i discouraged him as it is wise to always pay with the line you registered with.

Hi zidisha team, I want to let know that i paid my instalment for 29/03/2015 on that day and I received acknowledgment of receipt on 30/03/2015.

  may request that you post the payment of 29/3/2015 amounting to 6000ksh. the transaction id for that payment is GS48VE466 done on that date at 09.57 am. i received acknowledgement of receipt on 30/03 2015 but it has not been posted. so far made payments for 17weeks totalling to 102000ksh and not 96000kshs. please verify this and act accordingly. thanks.

  I'm happy for you that your vehicle is back in service and the impact to your business has been relieved. Many of us take for granted the reliability of our vehicles but from time to time we have to face the prospect of expensive repairs. It can be unpleasant, at least until you drive it for the first time afterwards then it's easy to forget again.

Raising such a great amount was kind of very tough but did it anyway. I don't take for granted. I thank you my good lenders and the entire zidisha team. Am so happy and proud to be part of this life changing organization -zidisha. The loans granted to me have moved my life and that of my family members to greater heights. With the profits made I've taken my children to good schools. I now have three girls at local universities. Looking forward to the graduation of the first one next year. Mr. Munyua,

I see you are the VM for Ms. Ruth Kerubo. She received a loan on Dec 13, 2013, and has not made a single repayment.

I have tried contacting her twice, but she has not responded. Could you please check up on her and see if there is a problem? Her lenders would like to know when she will restart repayments.
