  Hello,
  
  - Please don't confuse your lender(s) with the Staff, a/k/a the Team.
  - It's the Staff that determines when a borrower can request another loan and what the credit limit would be.
  - Lenders find the loan requests on the "Browse Projects" page, choose which ones they want to help, and upload some more of their own household money to help, or lenders use money repaid to them by borrowers to help fund a project newly posted in "Browse Projects".
  
  - The Zidisha platform is the intermediary between the lenders and the borrowers. The Zidisha platform charges fees for the platform to be able to exist as the intermediary between the lenders and the borrowers.
  
  - This is not the correct place to address the Zidisha Staff.
  - Here is who they are: www.zidisha.org/team
  - As you can see, it's currently only two (2) people.
  - They almost never visit the Discussion page for any individual borrower.
  - The correct way to send them a note is to click on the HELP link in your account.
  
  Your borrower-lender Discussion page is intended only for the following purposes: It's a place to update your lenders about your projects and your life in general (and it's where they may share about their projects and lives in general, too, if they wish). It also is a place for VMs to communicate with you and/or your lenders. And it's a location for you to tell your lenders anytime you want to adjust your payment schedule and why, and it's a location to tell your lenders about a payment you made that didn't get posted after three business days (in that case, you would tell them just the date and amount paid, and you would send all of the other details to the Staff, a/k/a the Team: www.zidisha.org/team on a "payment not posted" support ticket created from the HELP link in your account).
  
  All administrative and technical issues need to be sent to the Staff (the Team) via the HELP link in your account because, as I mentioned, they almost never visit the Discussion page of any individual borrower.
  
  After you send them a note through the HELP link in your account, you would need to be very patient because they are only two (2) people, while there are hundreds of thousands of Zidisha members (lenders and borrowers) who all have a HELP link in their account, too.

  Most functions here are determined by algorithms programmed into the system by the Staff.
  
  Since your on-time repayment rate is low, it likely would be a long time before the system would allow you to create a new loan request. Really all you can do, in that case, is to keep checking back from time to time, to see when the system might allow you to apply again for another loan.
