Loan Proposal

My name is Grace Konde from Nairobi,Kenya. I'm an amployee at Rivieres Finance and the owner of Buy & Sell Kenya online Business. This loan will assist greatly in business expansion, restocking and paying vendors and suppliers. Some of it will be used for marketing & advertisements and other for miscellaneous or petty cash.

Buy & Sell Kenya is a business for Selling Household & Kitchen essentials. The Business has been in operation for 2yrs now and i can say that despite the Corvid pandemic, it's been running smoothly only that we had to stop out of town delivery or deliveries for outside Nairobi.

Income Source

I am the founder of an online business called Buy & Sell Kenya which is for Selling Household & Kitchen essentials. The Business has been in operation for sometime like 2years now and i can say that despite the Corvid pandemic, it's been running smoothly and has not been hit hard like other businesses. However we had to stop deliveries for other counties that are outside Nairobi due to the risk of the pandemic. It's a purely online store where i sell on retail then have the items delivered once an order has been confirmed.

Additionally i'm also employed at Rivieres Finance where i get a monthly income of Ksh150,000. If the business is not doing well. I can repay my loan from the monthly salary.

Grace paid her loan back early and it has been a pleasure to help in a small way in furthering her business venture. Would certainly invest again.
