Yes the current economy situation especially this Covid 19 pandemic has reduced human physical interaction. But thank God to my nature of business . As I deal in Telecoms product, my distribution is both online and offline. Some of the contacted via calls or SMS and whatsapp message. I will just recharge them through their lines as
Well generating their prepaid metre token and forward to them. This has also made transaction easier amid this pandemic and current economy situation. I also maintain social distance with customers that come to me physically for direct purchase.
