About Me

My name is Frida. I am a mother of 2 children and I live in Nanyuki area in Central Kenya. I am a hair dresser and I started this after completing a hair care course that I did after my secondary education.

I work hard to provide for my family and this far God has been good to me since my business has seen us get by all these years.

My Business

I am a hair dresser and I do this at home. I charge between $3 and $12 depending on the complexity of the job. Since I do this at home, the overheads are quite low but I hope to move the business to a commerical area so as to reach more people.

I make between $100 and $120 per month and this is what I use to run my home budget.

Loan Proposal

I will use the money to buy a set of tools for doing hair work and manicure. This will include scissors, files, hair tongs and rollers.

These tools are essential in doing my work and my work will be much easier once I acquire them.
