my names are shapashina c poi born in the village of ewaso nyiro in the Masai Mara i got two brothers and a sister,My parents passed two years ago but elder brother took care of me and my siblings so i managed to join ecstatic high school in Nairobi and finished in the year 2013 after school i sold two cows the only ones i got back in the village and used the money to start a business in limuru town, a friend who was my classmate ad viced me to set the business,life in the village was boring and I alwas wanted to live in a developed Town so I did not esitate to move and buy into the bussines idea,I like chatting traveling eating and listening to advice i also like cattle keeping i would wish to replace the two cows in future and add more cattle at home after my business grow and became stable,in Masai Mara wild animals attract tourist who travel from all over the world to see them so i also have a plan of going to college for a course in tourism so that one day ill go back home and work in a camp.am also a farmer back in the village.

My Business

my business is a mpesa shop and a barber shop i offer money transactions services where you withdraw and send cash at a fee and shaving services ,i chose this business because mpesa is the leading money transfer company under safari com in Kenya and almost everybody in Kenya uses mpesa so i noticed a opportunity and demand in my area,shaving i practiced after i finished primary school so i thot i could merge the two to utilize the room i rent,i pay a rent of $47 a month ,$30on tax annually and make a average of $100 on mpesa and $90 at the barber shop ,i use this money to support my part time education course and do small farming back in the village ,i now need more cash so to add a shaving machines and inventory of phone accessories business in the same shop due to a ready market and customers demand for phone covers batteries,chargers and protective covers.

Loan Proposal

my mpesa and barber shop is a small bussines that i started with 25000shs after selling two cows back at home ,i offer mpesa transaction and shaving services i got two shavig machine and i need another shaving machine because i already have an extra space so if i get this loan I would use the it to buy a shaving machine at $42 and use $35to buy phone accessories like batteries, chargers and phone covers then ill pay $20 to the carpenter who will make shelves for me since i got timber that remained when i started the business,this will double my profits in both the barber shop and mpesa section where the phone accessories will be displayed,ill use the profits to pay the loan and save enough for my preparation to joining college come next year ,this means alot to my life a posible increase income thus joining college early and paying the loan thank you in advance God bless you
