About Me

I am the first of six children from one father and two mothers. We all have now being successfully educated to the masters level and two siblings have successfully qualified to be accountants. I currently possess an MBA in human resource management after completing a postgraduate diploma in management information systems aside various certificates and diplomas in knowledge and Intellectual Property management.

Working with my father who is a chartered accountant, since 2001, made me recognize the need for businesses (especially small and medium) to use technology to manage finances and especially inventory effectively with the help of modern easily accessible technological tools. Several companies loose cash and/or stolen inventory due to manual and traditional practices of bookkeeping. In view of this, and with direction from Chartered Accountants like E. V. Asare & Co, E. T. Ackonor and Bijos Consult (all financial and management consultancies in Ghana), I established the Firstview Consult which is an IT and Management Consultancy in Accra, Ghana.

Ghana is fast applying technology in all areas however users still lack the knowledge and ability to use these tools to enhance businesses. I will love my children to be code expects whichever career area they chose. I currently have two boys and one girl. The first boy wants to be a Pastor and the second a Business Executive. The girl has always want to be a Surgeon or Doctor.

I love surfing the Internet, reading and networking during my pastimes.

My Business

Firstview Consult is a registered business entity with the Registrar General and the Abokobi Local Assembly under the Ga East Constituency in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana. The company is mainly made up of various accomplished consultants working on part time basis (currently almost like volunteer basis) in their respective fields. Our target clientele are small/medium/large scale private entreprises. Our broad major category for initial marketing is educational and religious institutions across the country. We currently provide services like project management, accounting services, tax and payroll management, database management and web based solutions.

The Company is affiliated to other consultancy firms such as Exact Roofing Applications, BIJOS Consult, Blue Apple Systems and E.V. Asare & Co.(Chartered Accountants).

To minimize cost to our sort of clientele base, we use open source free applications such as wordpress, waveaccounts, projectlibre etc which are free to use for small business that we deal with. Most of our revenue comes from retainer services that we provide which pays us monthly.

Profits from this business is reinvested and/or used to cater for family needs such as children fees, further capacity building for myself and office staff etc.

Loan Proposal

Please I will need a laptop computer to do work for my clients. The laptop currently cost GH1,800.00 on the Ghana market. I currently have a desktop which is being used by a Secretary at the Office. The addition will help me do more for my clients and also increase my revenue from currently less than a 1000USD to more than 2000USD. thank you very much.
