My names are Edwin ongeri, i live in Nakuru county . My home town though small it has a high population and also great potential for businesses of all kinds.
I grew up being very enthusiastic about Technology and therefore chose a career in IT. it has been a journey to satisfy my undying curiosity to know more and more about computers and technology as whole. I am a graduate with a Diploma certificate in Information Communication Technology
I am an IT Technician who loves what i do, i run a computer maintenance and repair shop. before i could get here where i am, I used to work under a friend for almost four year who taught me so much about the computer business .
I am enjoying the experience that my business brings. I will forever be grateful to the Almighty God for without his guidance i wouldn't be where i am today! God Bless!!

My Business

My business entails sales of computer accessories and at the same time maintenance and computer repairs (Computer Garage). The accessories include computer desktops and laptop keyboards, laptop screens, laptop batteries and chargers, desktops and laptop hard drives, TFT monitors, power cables,VGA cables and all other computer related products. being a technician i also do servicing and repair of both desktops and laptops. The products that i have actually entails to daily basic of the computers to run efficiently, hence their demand is ready.
I chose this kind of business because this is what i used to dream of and also i had so much passion for it, and also I during my start of the business i had a good mentor to advice me through the ups and downs of the business , hence i found myself catching up with others in the computer business easily.
most of my revenues comes from the profit i make from the sales and the services that i provide. I use the profit that i make to cater for me and my young family basic need, paying of rent for both home and the place of work, and when am left with a little I would boost my wife's chicken rearing business .

Loan Proposal

with the expected money considering that i only sell simple accessories such as USB flash disks, i do plan on buying of desktop hard disk drives of different sizes from 40GB, 80GB and 120 GB storage capacity which i can get them at (40GB at 8 USD each, 80 GB at 13 USD each and 120GB at 19 USD each ).
Adding a little savings that i got, i will be able to buy several hard drives for my business. by adding this to my business it will take my business one step ahead of which to me that means progress in my business, also considering that many of my customers do ask for this items i will meet their needs and to my side that's a ready market for my items that i will have bought.
for the drives that i will buy am expecting to make a profit of 30% on every hard drive that i will sell, with that profit i will be able to settle power bills because that's the major bill that i do pay on monthly basis, also i will be able to save more so that the next time i get another loan i will combine it with the savings and buy on other computer accessories to grow my business.
