About Me

I am Delvin Kemunto.I am a permanent resident of Kapkures Estate,which borders the Githima estate and Mwariki estate here in Nakuru County,Kenya.I am a married to Mr.Geoffrey Mogeni and we are blessed with two children, a girl and a boy which are 8 years and 5 years respectively.they both do attend Mevas academy,which is the best school within and abit friendly in terms of school fees.
My husband works at the Githima slaughterhouse, as a meat inspector under the Nakuru County authorities.Since we are future focused family,i have opened a small shoes business to supplement what my husband usually gets at the end of the month.That is why i chose to have new shoes business,since most of the area populations were going to the Nakuru town for the same commodity.Since i opened my shop,i have experienced a lot and learned what it means to my customers through customers relations.Thank you.

My Business

As i have described above,my business deals with new shoes of all age,sex, and sizes.I mostly buy the shoes as per the fashion and the new arrivals.My shop is registered with the County Authorities and issued with an annual trade license.I have been in operation since the end of year 2012.I have created a reliable customers bond through the good service i offer them.Sometimes i buy the goods in cash and when some customers come a times they get the same on credit basis and pay later.I have been getting good return as most of them are trustworthy and they do pay back as we have agreed, depending on their paying date from the employers\suppliers.
Through this mode of service,i have generated more new customers,which sometimes make it hard for me to meet the ever demanding customers.As we are almost approaching the high season of the end of year,i am pledging for a financial support so that i can add more new and latest design of shoes for both children and adults.especially for ladies.
For the last one month i was able to have a total sales of Ksh.60,500.After restocking my shop with more shoes of Ksh.39,450 and rent of Ksh.12,000 and electricty of ksh.500,I was left with ksh. 8,550 net profit.By Zidisha lending me a loan, i will be comfortable in my weekly repayments without any problems .It is my prayer that the Zidisha team will consider my loan and boost my business.Thank you in advance.

Loan Proposal

First and foremost is to really thank you for the consideration you have rendered my shoes business.For now most of my customers have been asking for the new fashion and different taste of the shoes which are in the market today.That is why i am requesting for a boost of some capital to increase more stock of shoes.
Now we are almost approaching the festive season and the orders/demand of these casual shoes are higher than any other month of the calender.I am planning to add 100 pieces of kids and ladies wear which will amount to almost to Kes.3500.The remaining amount will be for the service provider charges for the withdrawal of the cash.Thank you and i am looking forward in working as partners with this new Zidisha team.I promise that from the profit i will get out of the sales,I guarantee you that it will be sufficient to service my loan comfortably.Thank you and welcome.
