my names are Irene karanja.
I work in a restaurant known as kei seven located at nyamakima in nairobi.
I sell all types of local food and drinks. we open from Monday to Saturday from 5am to 8 pm.
I have a work force of 12 staffs that work on daily basis but leave on shifts.

on daily basis we have a net of about 50000 to 70000

Whatever amount I receive I will buy stock for the day and make sure whatever gotten from it will rebut stocks for the next day and so on... In case the business expands we will add furniture's and add the quantity of food to cook... In case customers are many the restaurant becomes so busy and rent waiters from a nearby restaurant..
