About Me

am from a family of 8 and am the sixth born,i currently work part time in a ground handling company i started farming in a one acre piece of land the business has been coming up because Kenyans and the people of kambiti(Kirinyaga) where the farm is located appreciate healthy eating.the demand for the for the water melon has been increasing day by day.my business plan is to hire extra acres of land for my use and buy the right equipment for my business.my plan is to reduce the running cost of the business by buying my own water pump to get the water from masinga dam,i also plan to buy more pipes to reduce the amount of money used to hire equipments.i satrted the business after 3 years of working and the money i was earning i could only pay my house rent and buy me food and i wanted more financial freedom.the earnings from my business are used to pay college fees and the bus fare to and from college

My Business

my current business is airbnb business, when covid came and most companies wanted to achieve social distancing we have seen a rise and demand in airbnb business leading to business being.but since the current clients are corporate we have seen a demand in luxury apartments and people wanting more comfort in the apartments.i currently operate two 3 bedroomed apartments in a nice gated community and in the process of starting a third one.business has been progressing well with us getting 85% occupancy rate.per month we make an average 70,000ksh to 90,000ksh before we remove the expenses.after we deduct all expenses we remain with around 45,000ksh.

Project Proposal

we plan two upgrade the current entertainment equipment in the apartment so that the apartment can be upto date.current tvs are smart and we have guests complaining because of lack of smart tvs to stream netflix and other shows.we plan to but two nice tvs so that we can be able to stream the all shows using wifi hence cutting costs .

        Hi laurie,
a small percentage of the population is vaccinate...people are in the process of getting the 2nd jab.
we just have to be extra careful in our day to day interaction.

            Hi Laurie,
Thank you very much. One thing I personally love about wearing of the nose mask is that since nose mask wearing became compulsory here in Ghana ( around March 2020), till today, I have never catch cold. I may continue wearing nose mask for a very long time even if COVID-19 is long gone.
Thankful to you always For your constant reminder in observing WHO health protocols.
            Stay bless always
