About Me

My name Maulidi BAkari of ID No. 28498637 born to a family of 3 siblings. I grew up with my family and later joined KApyemit Primary school for my junior preliminary education. I joined Abrar High school for my secondary education which I cleared in the year 2009. I later joined Mount Kenya University Eldoret Campus for my Bachelor of Science in Business Information Technology.

I am scheduled to graduate December 2015

My Business

After completion of my secondary education, I realized the need for constant supply of video and audio DVDs due to the large demand from the vibrant population that needed entertainment. I therefore saw the need to start a video library within my area that would serve the whole neighborhood.

The need to raise funds for my University upkeep made me think outside the box and hence a movie shop proved to be the most ideal and unique business that I could start. Owing to the fact that there is a university within my area, most of my clients are university students who are hungry for entertainment.

Loan Proposal

First I would like to thank the zidisha community for the opportunity to be part of their borrower fraternity.

If granted the loan I will use the entire amount of ksh 14000 to buy a new duplicator since the one I am using is faulty and breaks down every time. The other ksh 1000 will go into paying the administration fee.
