Iam David Ochieng Ooko.born in the village of mahondo in butere constituency. I joined Mahondo primary school,where I achieved my K.C.P.E.I later joined Butere Boys High School where I managed to achieve my K.C.S.E certificate.I am now 30years old. I hold BSc.Medical Laboratory Sciences from Kenyatta University and equally computer literate. I posses good interpersonal, communication, organizational and leadership skills for I have worked in various organizations at different capacities. My education and professional background and over five years work experience ( 5 years and 2 months in clinical and diagnostic medical laboratory, and 2 months in tutorial work), makes me confident in applying for this kind of loan from your esteemed organisation institution.I also have good writing skills, ability to work under tight deadlines and big interest in public issues and in addition; willing to learn more to improve my perception on different issues.

WORK EXPERIENCE.
1.Currently working at ST JOHNS HOSPITAL as a laboratory technologist.
-I am also academic research writer.

2.NYANZA PROVINCIAL GENERAL HOSPITAL.
January 7th ,2011 to April 19th ,2011;did clinical laboratory practicals and quality control in the following
areas:haematology,microbiology,histopathology,clinicalchemistry,mycology,parasitology,serology,phlebotomy and CD4/CD3 count.

3.Medical representative with FAMI investment-dealing with ceftriaxone injections.

4.TECHNICAL INSTITUTE.
July and august 2010; taught diploma students in medical laboratory department in the following areas:Medical microbiology,immunology,haematology,and parasitology.

5. KEMRIF HOSPITAL.
23rd April 2008 to 3rd June 2010.did hospital attachment in the department of medical laboratory technology. Here I covered the following areas:serology,parasitlogy,haematology,phlebotomy and bacteriology.

Loan Proposal

I have engaged in this business and its doing well with me. although the size is that big but its working. i request lenders to fund me the requested loan amount so that i can improve on my business more. my profit ranges between 10 -20 dollars and i would like this to go up by far. I would also wish to make it better to employ more people to improve my family and the society.
