Am third in family of Four. Born in Nakuru County and started my Primary Education at Nakuru West Primary School later shifted to Mwireri Primary School Subukia. I later Joined Maryland Secondary School and then transferred to Kieni Secondary School.I joined African institute for Computer course and later started a course in Information and Technology at Kenyatta University. i was brought up in a poor background that i had to work on weekend and raise part of my school fees. also i was sponsored at University by NGOs.getting a job in kenya is very hard so i had to start my job, i bought second handcomputer and a photocopy machine . where i come from people live to believe in what they do. all of our us we have a small piece of land this makes us busy not even concentrating on development or outside. I have got one kid who loves music and maths he tells me that he want to start his own bank not being employed by bank. am sure i will do anything to make his dream come true. on my free time i love reading business books and taking my family out.
I operate a cyber in Nakuru town where i have 10 computers which i just bought new ones from zidisha loan., most of thing nowadays are done through internet so there is great demand of internet and people love fast computers and and a good internet. i chose this type of business because i love inquiring new ideas from the internet and i noticed that most of the people want to be in digital world. i usually make Kes 120,000 to kes 150,000 per month. i pay rent of KES 15,000 and kes 5,000 for my internet and kes10,000 for my employee. I use my profit for my family and for my kid school fees, and save because i want to open another cyber and i want to buy a digital printer. Am also planning on importing computers and sell them in Kenya.
Hello Zidisha team thanks for the previous loan. Am now applying my 3rd loan. I want to buy banner printer. In nakuru Kenya, so many people are starting business others are advertising and they all need banners. I usually spend more money because I usually send them to Nairobi Kenya. If I get this loan plus my savings(all thanks to Zidisha team) I will be able to provide the services here in nakuru. Most of them will be coming to my business instead of sending them to Nairobi. This will help me me to create more profit than I have ever made before. Hoping you will give me a chance to prove to you that I can do it. And I will even create employment because I will employ someone for that printer. nowadays i get more than Kes 4000 per day but with this banner i will get like kes 6000 per day. Thank you and God bless you
