I am a businessman and a farmer from Keringet, Kuresoi constituency in Nakuru County. My business is in Information Technology sector; I own a cyber cafe and a computer services shop in Molo. My business in situated in Tuulek House, Olenguruone centre, Kuresoi South Sub-county.
I offer computer services: cyber, typesetting, designing various items, printing, photo-printing, photocopy, scanning, lamination e.t.c).
In farming, I grow potatoes, peas and rear sheep.
I started the business in October 2012 with a computer which my friend assisted me with. I had to lend a printer from a friend at a monthly fee. The little amount of money I had was used to pay for office rent and license fees.
The business has been successful; currently I have acquired my own machines worth over (USD 1,948) and own other assets (bought directly from business income) worth over (USD 8,534).
I am also currently investing in a sheep farm.
The only hindering factor is raising enough capital in a short span of time; but I believe ZIDISHA is going to assist me solve this problem.
First is to thank the organization and lenders for considering me in the past by awarding me loans. Am very much grateful.
For now am involved in sheep rearing and the IT business. I have 20 ewes and a ram but I am planning to add more ewes to the flock. I want to rear a total of 50 ewes. If you will consider me, I will buy more of the ewes in order to achieve my investment target.
I look forward to your favourable consideration.
Thank you.
