About Me

Hello to all the members.
My name is James Njoki and I was born in Kiambu county.
I'm the first born in a family of two. My mum, my sister and I.
I went to kirangari high school where I did my o levels and passed but wasn't able to continue with the university education since my mum was diagonised with HIV and later died.
I was young by then and my sister was taken care of by my auntie.
I started working as a "shamba boy", that's a male house help and I used to plough flower gardens.
I used to save 50 dollars per month for 1.5 years and that helped me start my shop business and I'm helping my sister since she'll joining college next year.
I'm grateful to find zidisha as a helping organisation.
Thanks.

My Business

I have a shop and I sell maize, wheat and cassava flour, sugar, soft drinks, sweets, biscuits and alot of things.
I make an average of $15 a day and I use the profits to pay for my business bills and expenses.
I'm looking forward to expand my shop business and I believe that it will be successful soon.

Loan Proposal

I am planning to use the loan to buy a digital weighing machine, sossy soyas ,omo washing powder , dish washing pastes, sunny girl pads and porridge flour.
The total cost will be $350 and I expect a profit of 47% .
I will use the loan to pay back my loan in time, pay for my bills and rent.
Thanks alot to all lenders and zidisha staffs and members.
