My Business

My business,Tincom Agencies,is a real estate agency company,www.homeskenyaandea.kbo.co.ke,(website)It is based in Nairobi. Our income comes in two ways from the Home owners and tenants,Our clients(tenants)pay us after getting the business premises, houses for rent, and houses or property to buy.Home owners pay us commission when we get them tenants and houses buyers,we mainly advertise our business on-line(social media and website)offline(newspaper classifieds and magazines),our business is profitable since the demand for property in Kenya is high, customers prefer our business because of quality service and customer care and satisfaction plus fast services. Our other business is we supply and deliver farm products. We mainly deal with consumables like tomatoes, potatoes, onions and fruits, also maize and wheat. This business is normally seasonal based on the seasons of reap. Also we keep goats which we normally sell them to the local communities during festive seasons. Our main risk is liquidity risk ,we are seeking the loan to help us establish an office and expand our capital base so that we are able to support different operational activities.

Loan Proposal

In regards to the above subject matter i was planning to have a good breed for my flock, the local Agronomist M.R Leshan proposed i should go to KARI(Kenya Agricultural Research Institute) and look for a Male Sheep of pure breed (Dorper).

Dorper Sheep-The breed was developed from a cross between black head Persian and Dorset Horn. By 1950 the first consignment of Dorper had arrived in Katumani Research Station. Rams were sold to Eastern Province.
Dorper sheep
This is an improved hair sheep and it is important for mutton in marginal areas. They are hardy and produce quality meat. They have a faster growth rate and fertility compared to the indigenous.
From the merits of keeping dorper because the next tupping season is soon,I will conclude by saying if you support me get a male Ram-mature enough for breeding it will yield to more profits and better returns on initial investment.
Cost ksh.17,000.00 I will pay the money that is above (ksh.8214.00) from my personal savings.
I assure Lenders that the money will be re-payed on time.
Kind Regards Walt.
