About Me

My name is Harriet Mwale, I live in CHelstone Obama, in Lusaka Zambia.
With my 3 year old daughter. I dropped out of school because I got pregnant in my last year of high school. A year later her father left and hasn’t returned since. Leaving me alone to raise her.
I didn’t give up on myself for the sake of my daughter.
She looks up to me and she’s the reason I want to work harder.
After her father left, I was given a job to work at my aunts salon. Because I would rather die standing, than live on my knees. I got the chance to learn hair, nails and makeup.

Last year November, by the grace of God I was able to open up my own beauty salon,
Which has been working out really well.

My Business

I own a beauty salon ( I am specialized in make up, nails and hair ) i also sale second hand clothes and shoes
I am a hard worker, always looking for other business ideas.
And my daughter is my motivation.

Loan Proposal

With this loan, I want to buy a hair dryer for I only have one and it is too old. Lately it’s been giving me problems with starting. Which is making it hard for me to properly do my Clients hair.

Income Source

I will be able to pay back, because I don’t only do hair, but also nails and make for my clients. And am usually hired to do wedding make up.
