About Me

My name is Martin Ngulube. I am a farmer of Lusaka's Makeni farming block.

I worked for many years in the Zambia Railways as a senior Police Officer in Kafue district. I now live on my farm in Makeni area.

My Business

My business is growing and selling vegetables and fish.

I plant different types of crops on my farm, ranging from tomatoes and chillies. I sell these vegetables to marketeers and individuals. I also grow fish in my newly constructed fish ponds. I sell the fish at the markets in Lusaka.

Loan Proposal

I plan to buy Cabbage seeds, polythene plastics to cover the seedlings, that would allow the water to drip onto the seeds. This allows the seeds to grow quickly and fresh.

I also plan to purchase chemicals for the Cabbages and a drip system to water the Cabbages. I already have a water tank and pipes to be able to make the venture into a success.

Income Source

My business is succeeding well and I already have loyal customers who depend on my field for various types of vegetables.

Martin has paid as expected and has communicated well. I would recommend lending to him.
