Am 31 years and a single mother of one boy and three adopted children who are so far orphaned. Two are now in form three, one in form one and the other in class 7.On top of this responsibility i also support my younger siblings after our parents death 10 years ago.I'm an alumni of Nakuru Girls High School where i did my O levels, thereafter i went to Pivot Point Beauty College where i did my beauty and hairdressing skills. My original home is Bahati in Nakuru County on your way to Nyahururu town from Nakuru. My business so far helps me meet my domestic needs as well as paying for school fees of my children
I started business at Bahati market in 2005 then later i moved to Nakuru and opened up a salon at Section 58 because it is a leafy surbarb residence within Nakuru and getting customers of good quality was not a problem.I started by plaiting/braiding which i charged Kshs.350 per head.On a good business day i used to attend to 5 customers.I saved this money until i managed to buy a dryer at Kshs.18000 a blow dry at Kshs 7000 among other accessories. The business leaped in growth and i cant handle it alone hence the reason why i had to employ services of 3 more employees due to the high customer attention. On average i make about Kshs.5000 per day.I intend to start training more girls in hair and beauty skills so that they can become empowered as i am because many are just walking around idle yet they can do something positive in search of daily bread.I strongly believe that i am at the right place for realization of this noble dream hence my appeal to well wishers and lenders to come forth and help me out
Zidisha,I really thank you for giving me the chance to apply for the the second loan, you have made the journey to achieving my dreams possible.I met my targets successfully with the first loan you gave me.I bought a good stock with the first loan which made me pay your loan in time and saved some amount for other personal use.My business have been running smoothly but i have another problem,my drier is letting me down and i want to get a new one and add a little stock. The new drier costs Kshs 20000 and add stock worth Kshs 5000.Kindly help me get them. Thanks in advance.
