About Me

I am a single lady who have completed my form 4 education and went to college to study a Diploma in Pharmacy. I got employed in Nairobi for a year but live became tough there due to low salary of 15000 which could not help me sustain my life there. I decided to start afresh and started my own small chemist where i sell medicine to people in Miti mingi area. I looked for a strategic position in Miti mingi, a building opposite Miti Mingi Health Centre and stocked most demanded medicine especially for young children. Patients leaving hospital often come asking me for particular medicine. I love my job because i love solving other people's health problems. I am also in local women merry-go-round groups (two groups). My hobby is listening to music and reading novels.

My Business

My chemist involves buying and selling medicine most of which are not available to local dispensaries. Due to the requirement or policy by the government to only deal in legit medicine, i look for legit medicine which are very costly. Currently I have almost all commonly looked for medicines but in small amounts as the shelves on my photograph shows. Currently, I have a stock of 125000 and i get daily sales of 6000 where profit is roughly 30% of the sales. I love Miti mingi because life is cheap there and it is a rapidly growing center. Given the loan, I will definitely be able to top up my shelves with the most demanded medicine. again, i love solving people's health problems and i use this as the key motivation besides getting profits.

Loan Proposal

I propose for this loan as it will help me purchase more children syrup for my chemist,i need more syrup as our dispensary does not store much syrups and there are a lot of children getting ill and being taken to the dispensary evryday so there must be shortage of medicine and they are being sent to the chemist to purchase the medicine.I would appreciate so much if quickly funded. Thanks in advance
