my name is chiluba i was born in 1992.my mother died upon delivering me.i was raised by my aunt my mothers sister.i went to primary school at shampande primary but i only went up to grade seven coz my aunty could not afford to educate me.i started playing football for some local clubs which i still do.however i never got a chance to play the kind of football that gioves me an income.i therefore decided to start my own business about two years ago. an uncle of mine gave me some capital to start business and that is how i started selling mobile phones and accessories.
My Business
my business is selling mobile phones and accessorie such as batteries headsets cables and phone covers.the business is doing well and im able to sustain a living though not to my expaectations.i would like to enroll in a cooking college and become a chef coz i love to cook.i want to save enough money to that hence i would like to grow my business by buying more cellphones and accessories.my aunty told me about zidisha and i thought i should apply.i usually order the phones from lusaka and i sell them at a small stand that i have in town
Loan Proposal
when i recieve the loan i will use the money to order cellphones. i buy the cellphones at $10 and i sell at $15 some i sell at $20.some phones i order at $20 each and i sell at $30 or $35.for accessories i get the covers at 30 cents each and i sell at 60 cents.same applies to the headsets and batteries.i usually make a 100% profit.i believe that the loan will help me in a tremendous way because even pocket change" can change someones life as long as they are focused
