About Me

Am a hard working person living in a rural set doing fishing Along the shoreline of Lake Victoria and farming.
As a father of 5 with two grown ups i have been working hard to support my children of which the two grown ups re through college one is married and the other is employed in the health sector, i as well am engaged in social activities mainly caring for the orphans and less fortunate children in my community to which i mostly support from my fishing business and farming. Presently am building a classroom for the little orphan children in our care center that they may have a place to learn free from sun and rain.
The previous loan helped me in buying the building materials with which i had put up the foundation.

My Business

I have for over fifteen years been in this business of fishing and I understand it well. For many years i was using rented boats to fish which had all the challenges and restrictions on when and how to use them. I had to follow the orders of the boat owners to which in my view were oppressive As most of my efforts were going to rentals and my business couldn't prosper.

In my suffering under boat owners HARSH boat rental regulations a friend told me about Zidisha and since then i have lived to like it as from the Zidisha loaning i built my boat that has as well offered employment to some other two people directly and several who benefits through different processes directly and indirectly. I had also seen that with Zidisha loans i can do much better as i had boat a goat from their loans and i now have three goats, i had made my boat and i can boldly say my life has changed as i can now use the proceeds i get to feed the children in our care center and support my family.
This business has for a long time helped me pay school fees, feed my children and provide other basic needs.
These children doesn't have a good classroom instead a make shift which is very hot during the day as it is made of tin walls.
