I acknowledge you continuous efforts in reminding as either to pay the loan or adjust accordingly.
I must confess that I am getting sick of your systems failing every now and then, for instance i paid 100/= through the pay bill -OHL3SX3CCP on 21-08-2020 and up to date it has not reflected besides that i have an over payment of about 47/= it has not been credited in my account upto date and this is not the first nor second this is happening.
sorry to say this but when will be done with this loan of yours, i will be done with you too- NEVER EVER SHOULD YOU REMIND ME OF TAKING ANOTHER LOAN.
      Regards,

I cannot Manage the full installment amount because of the harsh economic conditions that we are experiencing due to the corona pandemic. we were forced to close down the businesses hence surviving on the little savings we had made.

Due to the global (covid-19) pandemic, it has been hard for me to raise my loan instalments as had already stipulated in the payment schedule. It has been hard generally to do business and source for funds to pay.
Working hard and see to it that all will be paid.

    Hi Zidisha Team,
I am kindly requesting to reduce my loan payment to 100 weekly,
this is because my business return have gone low and the rate of inflation is high.
I will resume my normal payment when business resumes to normal.
    Regards,
