About Me

I am Evans Iriab born at kakamega. My life has been a bit complicated since childhood since education has not been a simple thing to me. To get fees was a nightmare but I managed to complete my Primary Education despite of the challenges i had. My all parents were unemployed, and therefore could not provide for my fees. Something interesting is that, I provided my own fees by doing businesses for people. I used to sell somebody's second hand cloths after school, that is from 4pm to almost 7pm on a pay of ksh200 per day when the sale are wonderful. It became my habit since i wanted to make sure that my education is complete. I managed to proceed to a nearby secondary school-a day school-to also enable me do the same job so as to provide for my school fees. immediately i completed my secondary school, i decide to begin my own business of selling second hand cloths (mtumba) and shoes due to the experience i had in the business. at my home place, most of the people are specialized in agriculture but due to the unavailability of land, i could not indulge into agriculture. that is how i decided to specialize in clothing sales. My hobbies are reading and listening to music since is what i do when doing my job.

My Business

Am really a clothing sales person. I order cloths from the countries imports and sell them to the local residents. these are T-shirts, trousers, jackets, socks, shirts and also shoes are what i usually sell. I decided to specialize in second hand clothes since there markets are very high due there cheapness and this is what the low-class earners can afford due to there cheapness. The population of the low-class earners is very high and they really boost a lot in the markets as compared to the high-class earners. My typical costs are paying the municipal council during the markets days which becomes a big challenge. I spend my profits in reinvestment that is growing the business since my customers have greatly increased and the demand is greatly increasing.

Loan Proposal

ill spend KES 12000 to buy 1 bale that comprises of deferent types of of clothes and shoes, like clothes and shoes for women, for men like shirts and trousers together with their shoes. The bale will comprise of clothes for children too and also there shoes and also for ladies. This will enables me to serve all kinds of my customers conveniently. The rest of the money that remains, KES 5000 will be spend on the importation fee since the bales are imported from Uganda and therefore tax fee and clearance fees should be paid.
