About Me

I am Vincent ooko born in 1994 by peasant farmers in siaya one of the 6 counties bordering lake Victoria the second largest fresh water lake in the world.I am the second born in a family of five, four boys and one beautiful girl, our dad passed a way but my mom is still alive, I am very great full for zidisha lenders for contributing to my first, second and third loan application and i thank God for enabling me repay the loans fully in time.I did my exams and move to CPA 2, part two which is more complex and expensive,i also manage to score good grades that made me get a very recommendable transcript, thank you for standing with me in my education. This got me a promotion and was able to raise my salary a bit higher and also engage in some small kiosk business which am planning to expand if i got the required finances, the kiosk is growing rapidly since I invested in it using my first loan and it has put me in a better position to cater for my family especially my younger siblings together with my widowed mom,i was also able to expand my moms maize plot under tillage, this would saa my family getting a bumper harvest this season thus enhancing food security .I want to say thanks once more for your caring nature, through you i am going to achieve my dreams in life concerning education, business and in general self empowerment.I would like to request for a this loan to enable me pay the school fee for next semester in advance this would enable me concentrate on my studies more and also do part time job,as i also work on expanding my shop business and diversify into other businesses like cereals.

My Business

I do go to college, am doing CPA course am now in level two section two, I want to thank all my lenders who have made this possible for me, I surely wouldnt have done it without your help. I also opened a small kioskwhich i have expanded into a shop this is my main source of revenue besides investing in my mom's maize plot, the maize plot has greatly help my family in terms of food and also paying school fee for my younger siblings, we normaly store the farm produce and sell the excess for cash, the farm is doing well and we got a good harvest last season. My shop is also doing well, I invested in the kiosk using the the loan i received from zidisha after paying for my exams fee, I added stock and am now able to get a monthly profit of 5500ksh i did expand it using last loan,i added stock and its now a shop, structuraly i was able to expand it too just like i promise and its able to accomodate more stock and also to meet an evergrowing demand, the profits supplements my family 's basic needs, my education and other little expenses,I also manage to hire a friend to manage theshop, as I mentioned above am still working as an accounts technician and this too has cushion me against the difficulties arising while taking care of my siblings and has also train me to keep the accounts well.

Loan Proposal

i will first of all pay my college tuition ,that will take like 50000ksh because fee increases as the level increases, this will give me ample time to study without stress and alow me concentrate on my shop even as i take care of my siblings and my ailing mom,i will use the rest to diversify on my shop business by adding products like cereals by doing this my income is going to increase and i would be able to cater for our needs in an adequate manner,we also planted maize again its doing very well due to be harvested in august
