About Me

I am an older woman named Alimata Sore and I live in Burkina Faso, Sector 25, near the Iba hotel. I've lived in this fast-growing city around ten years. Right now I live with my husband and my three children, two girls and one boy, who are all in school. I've run my business of selling coal and firewood for nearly three years. This work is a supplementary business for me, since I've also worked in a cashew-processing factory for four years.

My Business

A business that someone runs to meet his or her daily needs is always something to appreciate. I sell coal and firewood to supplement my salary and contribute to my family's well-being along with my husband. One bag of coal sold can give me a profit of 1,250 francs or more, and one pile of wood sold can give me a profit of 500-700 francs. Your support will help my business grow. Thank you.

Loan Proposal

The money that I will benefit from your microfinance institution will be used to purchase lots of coal bags and many piles of wood from the villages in Bobo-Dioulasso that I will resell to my customers. I thank you in advance.

About Me

Je suis une vielle femme du nom de Sore Alimata, vivant à Bobo-Dioulasso au secteur vingt cinq à coté de l'hotel IBA. Je suis dans cette ville en parfaite croissance, il y'a environ une dizaine d'année. Je vis actuellement avec mon mari et mes trois enfants soit deux filles et un garçons qui sont tous scolarisés. Je mène une cativité de vente de charbon et de bois de la foret il y'a presque trois années. Cet activité est une activité parallèle car je travaille aussi dans une unité de transformation de noix de cajou il y'a quatres années.

My Business

Une activité que l'on mène pour pouvoir avoir son pain quotidien est toujours à saluer. Je vends le charbon et le bois de la foret pour avoir des intérets et combiner avec mon salaire pour contribuer à la gestion de ma famille avec mon mari. Sur un sac de charbon vendu je peux avoir un bénéfice de mille deux cent cinquante Franc et plus et sur un tas de bois vendu je peux avoir un bénéfice de cinq cent à sept cent cinquante Franc.
