About Me

My name is Mukuka Tungati, I am married and have two boys aged 7 (whose current goal is to become a pilot) and 4 (whose goal is to start going to pizza school and show his love for eating pizza). Am a marketer by profession who studied Computer Science and Marketing.

I am passionate about community growth because my belief is whatever happens around us affects us all. For instance:

- More successful entrepreneurs will improve standards of living and create wealth, not only for themselves, but also for related businesses and the families of those they employ.

- Having better child care systems in place from birth will allow parents to go back to work with peace of mind and work efficiently. That will lead companies to experience low turnover, business growth and profits. Leading ultimately to economic growth.

I know I can’t fix all the problems out there, but the ones in my reach I do my best to make a difference and add value.

My husband and I have been running a software business called Proenterprise for close to 2 years now. We started the business because we wanted to see SME’s grow to their full potential. Available Business Management Software's out there are too expensive and target large companies. So we adopted and developed software’s to sell at an affordable price to local SME’s, Start Ups and Freelancers.

My Business

My company Proenterprise Ventures Limited is a Zambian business founded in 2017 to provide innovative Management Software coupled with on-demand support to ensure maximum service availability.

Most growing small and medium sized businesses are not so different from large enterprises. They too face challenging complexities as large businesses but have more limited resources to help them cope.

They often use a mix of applications and tools such as spreadsheets, accounting software’s, web based CRMs to manage their day to day record keeping. They have to use different systems to understand customers, sales, cash flow or profitability because software's that can manage all tasks from one application cost millions.

The information exists in silos and the data is hard to combine to get useful insights or alerts. The result is that small businesses tend to become reactive instead of being proactive. With such a constrained way of working, there is limited allowance for growth. This means that as your business grows, your costs grow in the same proportion. Growth hardly improves profit margins while increasing management demands.

Our software allows businesses to manage all their business information in one application and use it to not only manage operations but also enables them to take informed decisions. It forms a backbone of business, adding strength, transparency and control to the enterprise.

Loan Proposal

I would like to get 2 compost bins to recycle food scraps for compost and fertilizer to reduce farming expenses. With this system in place i would also be able save the money to grow other areas of my farm. Your support will be of great help and value, Thank you.

Income Source

I have other revenue streams that make it possible to make weekly payments, but with my farming projects that are already in process I need more money than what I make weekly to get things moving.
