About Me

My name is Michael Owusu Afriyie, also proudly called Mike-1. This name came up through my splendid performance within my school and local sports activities where most of my colleagues were also bearing the name Michael.

Since my childhood days till now, I have been carrying a calm, purpose driven and results oriented syndrome. That is to say, I am a quiet guy but perform any set task with all seriousness/activeness and rest only after predetermined target is reached
.
With knowledge of prevailing socio-economic hardships in my community resulting from low education and low entrepreneurial skills deployment, it has been my dream to build-up business development and training skills by reaching-up to higher heights in education and entrepreneurial skills training. This is to enable me to effectively contribute my quota to this crucial need of the community. This motivated me to strive for educational excellence and quick-start of this my own business.A contributing factor to this my business in ICT-industry is my interest in graphic designing, reading and researching.

Considering my diligence, honesty, intellectual purpose, statesmanship desire among other laudable sense of vision, I stand to work creditably to make impart among populations by providing products and services to solve social needs, whiles creating jobs.

I am a family-man, but I am yet to raise family of my own after stabilizing my own business/source of income.

My Business

Sir Mike’s Multi-dimensional Capacity Building Services is the name that coins my business.

It comprises of several business portfolios.

The Services I provide are as follows;
Computer Training and Publications
Computer and Computer accessories
Food Supplements
Educational Materials(Books, Pens, Motivational Books)

These products/services meets the crucial needs of my community which cut across health, education, information and recreational needs and as such of good demand.

Typical cost of providing these products/services is around GHC 700. That is with 3 capital assets; One desktop computer set, mini photocopy machine and a printer, the production costs includes A4-sheets, Printing/Photocopy tonners, Electricity Bill, Security and Transportation costs among other.,

This is how I allocate my profit gain;

2/5th for re-stocking and daily petty production expenses, 1/5th for bank savings/investment, 1/5th for equipment maintenance, 1/5th for personal expenditure(daily upkeep).

Loan Proposal

This loan is to be invested in my Computer and Computer Accessories Shop. This Shop is one of my five business portfolios. It is located at Abuakwa; a highly populated town with most of its inhabitants engaged in modern socio-economic lifestyle.
This business portfolio of mine provides sales of the following products: Desktop computers, Laptop Computers, Keyboards, computer mouse, Smart phones, Recording Devices, Mobile Stereo Speakers, MP3 Players, USB cables, Power cables, Power Adapters, Computer Storage Devices(Pen drives, Compact Disks, External Hard drives), MODEMS, Projectors, Scanner and Printing Machines and many more.
An estimate of about GHS 10000 has been made to boost the stock of this project of mine. As I stand now, my loan limit is GHS 260. I will therefore use it to buy some of the low-cost items ( Pen drives and Mobile Stereo Speakers,).
Although small, this loan will boost the quantity of my stock thereby enhancing my ability to meet some of my customers’ demands. This will in turn, boost expansion of my overall business, increase my earnings and more importantly enrich my social life.
These Information and Communication Technology products/services meets the lifestyle/socio-economic needs of my community and hence my market share and security is secured. I the light of these all, this loan will be very beneficial to me and my business turn-up for repayment is also assured.
