am isaac wafula,a teacher employed by tsc.i do sink boreholes as a side hustle in the outskirts of kitale town.i have been a resident of kitale for the past 12 years.i stsrted this business last yesr after realizing there was need for clean water from the boreholes.it is a good idea but costly depending with the meagre earnings i have.thsts why i believe zidisha loan silla be of help.

My Business

I am putting up some two rental houses in my small acre of land.the two rooms will cost up to four hundred thousand shillings.if you give me your loan i will be able to use it purchase materials to enhance my construction.
On completion i will be able to let them out and get an income of seven thousand shillings per month which is not a bad thing.

Loan Proposal

I will use the loan in paying workers constructing my rental units.the loan might look small but will make an impact.as days go by the credit limit will also increase on assesing my commitment towards paying in time.am optimistic that the rental units will give me a steady income of seven thousand shillings a month.i will be so glad for your great assistance.
