About Me

I come from Kericho County which is well known for tea production as the main source of income to its residents. To arrive to my home, from Kericho town you board a viechle heading towards sotik and alight 10 kms later at a market called Kapsuser and from there take a motorbike heading to Kipsolu and alight at Chepkoton junction near Kapchebwaber AGC. My home is 150 meters to the right from the junction.
I went to Kapsuser Primary and later joined Chepseon High School for high studies after which I joined Highlands College for a Diploma in Information Technology but due to lack of job opportunities I decided to venture into agribusiness and due to a good understanding in tea sector I decided to do tea farming.

My Business

I am mostly earning my income through tea farming which i get paid every month based on the total of kilograms delivered to the processing factory at the end of every month. I also earn through a motorcycle business which gives me Kshs 21,600 every month. I use some amount from the motorcycles in servicing them every month to ensure its excellent functionality. I have also started rearing poultry chicken though i still have to support it since it is still young, i currently have 30 mature chicken whereby 17 chicken are already lying eggs which i see at the nearby restaurants and i use the amount raised from the eggs in buying them feeds.

Loan Proposal

I will use the loan to construct an agro-chemical store for safe handling of the chemicals to avoid contamination from other materials, animals and even people from the family and around the neighborhood. The store will also help me in storing well farm materials.
I will buy 12 iron sheets at Kshs 8,400 (USD 84.00), Timber of 300 running feet for Kshs 9,000 (USD 90.00), 5 Kilograms of nails at Kshs 600 (USD 6.00), 3 Kilograms of Roofing Nails and labour at a cost of Kshs 10,000 (USD 100.00).
Thank you for your kind support.

I can't afford to pay the entire amount because am in a huge debt right now. I am in a debt of around kes 150,000 which accumulated due to school fee payments for my younger siblings both in secondary school and I also have my two daughters who are both in an academy. I pay around Kes 120,000 every year in school fee and I don't have a stable job and I rely mostly on tea to generate income and it has since been experiencing challenges due to Covid-19. Please if there is a way you can assist me overcome the financial burden I will really appreciate.
In the mean time I will do my best to pay up the loan. Thank you.

I can't afford to pay up the entire accumulated amount. Am now struggling to pay school fee for my two siblings both in high school and my two daughters in an academy. I also need to run my family so the small amount that remains is what I balance paying up debts and managing other bills

Happy New Month my treasured Lenders! Its my prayer that our good Lord keeps you and your families healthy throughout the month as we approach the end of the year.
You extended your hands and saw it worth to help a brother without considering my origin. I was in need and I am very glad and proud of your great support. Keep it up, you are just awesome.

    Dear Respected Lenders,
Greetings! I want to believe that you are all well. I am really sorry that I have kept you waiting for updates here from my side and how I am progressing. I did complete the construction of the chemical store as I had proposed and I humbly thank you for your assistance, without you I wouldn't have managed. I am going to pay up the remaining loan amount before the end of this month. I will be paid my yearly tea bonus of USD 2300.
I hope to do business with you again. Thank you for your understanding during that hard financial spell, I am glad to have you around. Thanks

    Hello Lenders
First allow me to apologise because of the delayed loan repayment as scheduled in my profile and the reason why it did happen is because i have a sister in high school whom I support in paying her school fees amounting to Usd 1500 and I also have a daughter in an academy and I pay USD 65 both per term. I also have to support my family (my parents) financially.
My main source of money is tea farming which its production had slightly drop due to cold weather and thus I don't get paid enough money to sustain all my needs. I also rely most on my motor cycles as another source of income but one broke down and now am only relying on one of them.
Am kindly begging you to understand my situation but one promise am making is I will make the full loan amount in due time.
Am praying hard for things to get back in line. Thank you

Am currently going through a lot, school reopening has made me suffer financially. The most challenging part is an not feeling very well now and am seeking medication tomorrow. I will adjust my first repayment amount once everything settles down well. Thank you for your understanding.
