About Me

I am Ripama Korotimi born in 1980 in Bobo-Dioulasso, Burkina Faso in the area of the high basins . My father is Ripama Ousmane he is a watchmaker in Bobo and married three women including my mother who is the second of the wives. She is called Kabore Aminata and she is a housewife. They live together in Bobo. Me, I finished school at the Koranic school for five years and now I master a little reading. We have five children; three boys and two girls. I am very happy in my home. My husband has bought a sewing machine for me as I start to sew slowly. This can help me a lot in my home.

My Business

I do sewing in my neighborhood in a small market near my home. Every day, I can sew five dresses and every dress I can earn a profit of three hundred francs. So, ten thousand francs in the week; and forty-two thousand francs in month. Every day, five to ten customers walk past my store. I am very happy with my clients. That I think is going to satisfy me best. In addition, I think your NGO will help me a lot to build a good business in the future in my society and especially in my family with my children. With all this, I am sure I could pay off my loans on time. Thank you.

I will use this loan still in my sewing dresses and besides it is the same activity that always lets me win advantage in my life. This activity me until now to earn much more income than before.
