I live in Kiptangwanyi shopping center which is approximately 45km from Nakuru town. Nakuru town is our nearest major town within this area. I am married with two children. I live in my own plot at the shopping center where I carry out my business. I live in plot number 30B with my family. My business entails the purchase and sale of hardware materials. I deal with sale of mostly building and construction materials.
My business entails the sale of building and construction materials. I buy most of the materials in Nairobi and therefore sell most of my products at a relatively cheaper prices compared to my competitors. The main challenges that this business encounters are lack of finance to expand the business and fluctuating prices of fuel which adversely affects the whole of transport industry and this results in increased prices of the commodities that I sell.
Dear Lenders,
I would like to use my loan to introduce new building and construction materials in my business. These materials are such as wheelbarrows, meshwires, whitewash paints and cement. These will boost my business and I will be able to meet the high demand for my customers. I would also like to expand the room in which I operate my business in.
