About Me

I live in Kiptangwanyi shopping center which is approximately 45km from Nakuru town. Nakuru town is our nearest major town within this area. I am married with two children who are all in school. I live in plot number 54 at the shopping center where I carry out my business with my family. My business entails a phone accessories shop here at the shopping center. I sell all sort of phone accessories and I also do repair mobile phones.

My Business

My business entails the service of phone repair and sale of phone accessories. I sell mobile phone accessories and also do repair any damaged phone. I also blow dry those phone that have been damaged by liquids such as water. The main challenges that this business encounters are lack of finance to add stock to my business to expand it and frequent power disruption at the shopping center

Loan Proposal

Dear Lenders,
I would like to use my loan to purchase an SMD machine. This is a multipurpose machine that is used to clean, blow and dry mobile phones that have fallen in liquids. Secondly, I would also like to add more stock of mobile phone accessories in my business. These includes covers, keypads and other parts of the mobile phones that gets worn out easily.

    Dear Lenders,

my name is Roberta Zenere and I am a Kenya Country Liaison Intern at Zidisha. Within this role, I am coordinating the Zidisha's MPESA team, responsible for processing loan repayments and disbursements.

Today, while reviewing our accounts, I noticed that the repayment of 30.21 USD (2,500 KES) posted on September, 15 in the repayment schedule of Mr Kahura was entered by mistake. This means that, upon removal of the transaction, the amount that had been credited to your lender account will be reversed and will reduce your available balances accordingly.

We are sorry for this inconvenience. Please, let us know if you have any questions.

    Thanks for your patience!

    Best regards,

    Roberta
    Zidisha Team

    Dear Lenders,
I would like to reschedule my repayment and reduce the installments to 2500ksh per month. I have been having some difficulty in my business and the revenue have not been very good. This has therefore prompted me request for some reduced amount of installment .per month. It is my hope that the business will catch up again and I will be able to pay as per my original repayment.
