I called Helen, she informed me that since she joined Zidisha, she has been automatically debited as soon as her payment was due, there is funds in her account for repayment, and that she was surprised when she discovered that her payment was late, and didn't know how to make payment. I instructed her on how to go about initiating payment, taking advantage of the ATM Card, Bank and Transfer Option. She promised she will try repayment as soon as she goes out today.
