About Me

i am a young hardworking, determined person with an intention to grow more economically.
Positive individual, who is self-motivated, results oriented, proactive and I love challenges and get a lot of satisfaction from a job well done.
My background includes serving as a an I.T support person. Most recently, I worked on the customer service desk for a Networking company, where my responsibilities included handling customer merchandise returns, issuing refunds/store credits, flagging damaged merchandise for shipment back to vendors and providing back-up cashiering during busy periods.

My Business

i am full time employed and with various side businesses.

1. i own rentals with an income of 50,000 kshs monthly.
I bought a piece of land some time back and developed it by building rentals.
2. i own a computer shop
I have a computer shop near my home where i run all I.T related issues on the shop. I also sell new and 2nd hand computers.
3. I own a jointly events business
My wife owns an events company and i am a partner in the business.
4. i own a jointly car hire business.
I recently started this business after an advice from a friend.

Loan Proposal

The main purpose is to construct more rental houses for rental purposes. After i receive the money i will go ahead and purchase building materials, for i already have the architectural plans for the houses. My aim is to construct more than 10 bedsitters of which i am targeting 7,000-8,000 kshs per house per month.
