My name is Ester Wanjiru Githiji. I am 23 years old. I was born in Eldoert place called Muyaka, but now I live in Hawaii estate in Eldoret town. I started my primary school at Eldorock Academy in Eldoret, then I went to Magogoni Secondary School in Thika.
I was employed at a shop selling clothes and that is where I got the skills and small capital to start my business. Other contributions were done by friends and family members.
I love watching movies and swimming.
I sell new clothes for which the market is good. I chose to do this type of business because I was employed in a shop selling clothes and now I have the skills required to do this kind of business.
This type of business can expand faster if the market is favorable. From experience, I have seen my colleague's business grow and expand at a faster rate. This shows that one can make money very fast.
Clothes, as stock, are not perishable and can last for a long time, thus adding an advantage to this business. I hope to grow this business and help those willing to venture in this kind of business.
With the loan, I will buy the following items:
1. Suit cases - $160
2. Ladies wear
- Trousers - $110
- Shoes - $100
3. Men wear
- Trousers -$95
- Men suits -$90
4. Children wear
- Trousers - $60
- Dresses - $30
-shoes -$40
- The loan will enable me to create profit which, in turn, will increase my stock.
- I intend to create a job opportunity for several other people.
-I expect the business to create a profit increment of by 7%.
