About Me

My name is Bornaventure chanda third born son in a family of six am now 27 years old a resident of Mpika along great north road, northern province of republic of Zambia, I was born and raised from a humble background with low income which could not afford to take me to a college after completion of my secondary school education in 2015
My elder brother supported me to overcome the challenges for my achievements, he helped me with a capital after i proposed to him the establishment of hammer meal project, business i always admire since my child hood and in July 2016 the hammer meal was established and i managed to purchase another two electric motors that i need to mount before the end of this year 2018, and i need to extend and refurbish the building to look more attractive to customers my prices are very affordable that everyone can afford
most people in the area are peaceful, friendly and rich culture

My Business

My business is productive and am specialized in Breakfast mealie meal, Roller meal, special roller meal, sample maize and many more, all the commodities is on demand because there is a good market, My business is at the center of the community and so far there's no competitor I always attract my customers especially for the low prices ,I choose this business because of the good and wide catchment market area, i invested 3,700 dollars equivalent to ZMK 37,000.00 with the help of my elder brother, revenue is high than costs with a profit between 65 to 86 dollars per week, i reinvest the bigger profit and i also support my family

Loan Proposal

My hammer mil business is doing very well only that it has been on the small scale, hence the need of expand the land and clear the near by bush I will therefore use 70% of the loan to renovate the hammer mil structure and increase the number of rooms were i can install the new electric motors the remaining 30% will go to bush clearing this will increase the profit i have been making to 48% of the total earnings per week.
