I started a business within my business and with the loan I got I managed to buy fifteen pairs of shoes at 5$ per pair and sold at 15$ so far I have sold like 10 pairs and that's what I call good business, thanks to zidisha family

Dear Jane,

It can take up to 3 business days, US Eastern Time, for a repayment to be credited to your account.

After that time, if the payment hasn’t been credited please create a support ticket with the following details:
- Date you made the payment
- Payment amount
- Phone number or account number you used to send the payment
- Transaction ID of your payment

Also check the payments of the previous loans. Sometimes an payment of a few month ago isn’t recorded. Then it only looks if a current payment isn’t recorded but it is booked correctly and is shown on the old loan where there is a missing payment.

So check carefully which payments aren’t recorded and then create a support ticket with the correct info.
