I was raised up by my mother alone in a village because of separation (divorce ).I complete junior high school in the village but due to hard work, determination and prayers, I passed. I had to stay at home and help my mother in her poultry farm for two years before she could raise some money for my Senior high school education. I completed last three years and I was successful. I develop interest in animal farming so I started mine with some few fowls and goats.
I rear fowls (poultry )and goats. They are in good demand in this area as most of the people here like the meat of these animals. I chose this business because I had experience in it from my mother's farm and it also provides quick income which can help me.
I will use 50%of the total loan to build more structures so that I can send the goats who have given birth there and use the remaining structures to create a brooder house for the hens who are ready to lay their eggs. I will also build a structure to store the excess feed there so that I will get feeds to feed the animals at all times. The rest of the money will be use for buying feeds, drugs and for paying for the services of veterinary officers who come to treat my animals every month.
