About Me

My name is Enoch Addo. I am 38 years, I am hard worker. I have started farming when I have completed my education before my Father died. I take care of all the farms which is about 50 acres of land. I now have a cocoa, palm nut, and vegetable farms. I am hard worker who train by my own Father before he died. I remember the time we are working together, things are moving on well because there are labours who works hard for us to archive our goal,

My Business

Every year, I provide a lot of cocoa beans in bags, and a lot of palm nuts, also vegetables, such us cabbage, pepper, okro, cocumber, and garden eggs. In Ghana cocoa is a produced buying by the Government so it's has a strong demand in bulk purchase. For the palm nut, we have a company that buy it , and for the vegetables we sell them in our local markets. So i make a lot of income every season in the year. I will use some of this income to repay the loan.

Loan Proposal

I will use the to extend my farm. What i need is to get water pump machine, this will help me to work in all the season including the dry season. As time goes on when things are getting better, i will buy a truck to carry my labours to the farm, and also carry the goods to our local market to sell. I am planing all this because of my family especially the school children. But for now the water pump machine and sprinklers is in the first consideration. This will cost US 1,500.00.

Enoch - I'm glad you received your loan, but I'm very disappointed that I made a loan to you to purchase a sprinkler system and you are using it for another purpose. I feel that you misled me and I now question whether you will be honest in future dealings with your lenders. Don't ever be anything less than truthful when dealing with your lenders.
I hope that you are successful in your farming.

    Hi Enoch,

We still believe in you :-) You can do it... It doesn't matter if you're a little bit late. Just give everyone an update sometime soon so we know you're not a ghost :-) You'll be ok, you can do it... You're nearly halfway, & you're only a couple of months late :-)

All the best, Emma from Australia.

Please make payments on your Zidisha loan Enoch. I cannot reloan what I am not paid back. Lenders trusted in you to repay your loan. Please resume making payments. You can adjust them to make small payments if needed. Mary

      Hi Enoch,
It's better for you to reduce your installment to amount that affordable for you to still repay the loan every week than you skipping some payment. As missing payment will decrease your on-time score also will probably give you hard time when you loan fundrising in the future. When you adjust your payment, your schedule will adjust up to date to now.
By adjust your installment and keep paying each week, you also help your lenders to fund others. As far as I know, many lenders relend the amount they have in their Zidisha account to others.
Thanks for keep inform your lenders about your situation. Good luck.

We are in our winter season and the ground is frozen and covered with snow. All work moves inside now and we have some extra time to do research. I am putting in a Heugelkulture bed for growing fruits and berries. I hope your labors are fruitful for the season.

Hello? Enoch, I really love cabbage farming,am doing one project from the profits that I have been getting from a poultry project.my question is how many heads of cabbage do you water daily? I don't have a water pump that can pump from a well of 60feets up. Am to transplant them next week. I will appreciate the insight. Benjamin from Kenya.

WooHoo Enoch, Your loan is fully funded!! I can't wait to see your business expand!!
Look up Hugelkulture on the web. It is a way of gardening that reduces the need for water and fertilizer. I have just started a large hugelkulture project in my yard.
