My name is Joshua kioko,I grew up from a humble background.My childhood was tough and I struggled until I completed my education.at one point,I had to work in school on holidays to raise funds for my business.when I joined university of Nairobi I also worked hard and the idea of starting a small business came at this stage where I began selling snacks to students.this helped me raise funds for school fees.When I graduated,I looked for a job but in vain so I decided to venture into business outside campus and that's how I came with a retail shop and a accessories shop
My Business
my business is a retail shop selling house hold items and I also operate s computer shop selling accessories, mobile phones,flash disks etc The retail shop makes at least s profit of 10 dollars per day and a monthly profit of 30 dollars.
Loan Proposal
I recently did a market survey and found out that my clients want their documents laminated so that they may last long ,so i decided to purchase a laminating machine which will go at $40 and the lamination service will be charged at $2 per page and i'm expecting more than 100 documents and this will be a clean $200.i also decided to top up the profit with Usb Cables which i will buy at a whole sale price of $0.5 and sell them at $1.5 this will be good profit for my business.The flash disks are actually a hot cake and i wish i met Zidisha earlier.With this my profit will increase tremendously.
