Once again let me start by thanking you dearly
I would like to buy an Extractor/Hood medium Fan ,which will cost 16,000 kenya shillings,I managed to fabricate the hood panels and the hood cover but it will not extract smoke outside unless I instal a Fan that will suck it out effectively.
I will also be able to fabricate cooling racks with stands ,this I will make 4 pcs each costing an average of 5,000 .
Currently I just use my bread crates to cool the cakes before I pack them .
The cooling racks will help in ensuring equal distribution of air around the cakes , the packing area will also be more organised in terms of flow from the production unit.
