i sometimes grow crops such as potatoes ,peas ,wheat besides keeping livestocks am passionate of undertaking different businesses but due to lack of adequate funds it has remained a great challenge to me..but having adequate capital could help me alot

Loan Proposal

to carry out my farming expenses such as harrowing.
i am hardworking humble man , i grew up in an area called nkokolani in narok county, i went to nkokolani primary school and completed my KCPE there in 2007, i then joined narok high school in 2008 where i completed my KCSE. I later joined JKUAT for a degree course . i overcame my hardships by dedicating my time and energy towards achieving it. i recently ventured into farming where i currently grow a number of crops such as potatoes ,wheat,peas ,barley and maize. My cost ranges from ksh 100000 to ksh 2500000 and revenue normaly ranges from ksh 200000 to ksh 500000 . I use the profits to pay for siblings school fees as well as carrying out other farming projects. recently i am carrying out farming activities such as growing peas, potatoes as well as barley.


currently it is a rainy season and crops require application of a number of fertilizers as well as fungicides to curb various diseases associated with the onset of rains.
such practises are capital intenstive and i there request for bigger loan sizes in order to achieve maximum profits
my farming activities entails a number of practices that are capital intenstive and i am not able to raise alone due to economic hardships.
These practises includes preparation of the land such as clearing, application of herbicides to kill weeds and other frontiers.
Other activities include digging ,harrowing then planting these activities require alot of labour and capital as well. application of fertilizers is another major capital intenstive exercise. i hereby appeal to my lenders to grant a bigger loan size to match my requirements which i will be sure and careful enough to make sure it fulfils the intended purpose. I would like also to assure my lenders that i will pay their money in time in order to benefit other individuals who might need the money.
