About Me

I am 34 years, old an accountant by profession with over 10 years of expansive and skillful experience in various industries.

I am married and blessed with two girls.2020 has been a tough year due to the COVID 19 PANDEMIC jobs have been greatly affected with employees either getting salary cuts or loosing their jobs altogether. This has made me think of other ways of supplementing my income to assist in staying afloat.

So far I have tried a few ventures but with not much success but am I am positive and choose to remain focused (Follow, one, course until successful) in farming and selling onions.

Your assistance has always been very helpful and I hope you will walk with me in my venture to financial freedom.

My Business

Farming.
I started my farming maize business this year in Kagumo(upcountry) in the year 2019 during the long rain seasons, but unfortunately due to the intensity of the rain the crops were attacked by pests and some damaged and not much was salvaged.

After a few consultations and research I have decided to hire a a piece of land and grow nappier grass since it requires very little maintenance and the availability of ready market at Kagumo(up country). It will require animal manure once a year and harvest between 3 to 4 times a year.

The cost price of hiring rages from kshs.9,000.00 to 12,000.00 per year, maintenance cost per month and manure will cost roughly kshs. 5,000/=,currently I am also retailing onions buying at kshs.30 per kg and selling at kshs. 60 per kg.Per week sales rage from kshs.600/= to kshs.750/=

The loan will enable me carry out the two ventures smoothly and also assist me in meeting my needs and growing my savings.

Your support will be highly appreciated.

Loan Proposal

My upcountry is Kagumo in central province a place of abundance. We carried out a survey with my father and saw the venture of me farming upcountry as viable due to the existence of ready market.

I have already injected kshs. 10,000.00 into the business and managed to secure half an acre of land for kshs.3,000.00 and planted maize since it is a rainy season. The amount has also been used to buy fertilizer and pay casuals.

The loan amount will be used to pay for the lease for an extra three years.I would also secure another piece of land to plant nappier grass which is harvested three times a year and the availability of ready market since its in the village will ensure i get my returns.

For the time being I will use the money I get from my professional job as an account to repay my loan until the time I will start to sell the farm produce.

The proceeds from the farm some will be re-invested the rest will pay for my Children's education.

Your financial assistance will be highly appreciated. You can check my repayment schedule from previous loan to confirm that I pay on time.
