About Me

My name Milka Cherotich I come from a small village called Kapcheprotwa in Bomet County. I am a first born in a family of 10 including my parents,am also a single mom of a daughter.My childhood growing in this village was very interesting until when I finished schools when the real challenges of life began I finished my form four,then finished my college education where I pursued Business administration & management there the job search began but there were no jobs so I decided to start my own business.

My Business

I started my hotel business in another neighborhood county of Kericho ,the business was booming since I sold cheap available foods for middle class customers,my income I used to pay my rent both for the hotel and the house we lived in with my daughter,pay school fees for my daughter and meet other business expenses and managed to save a little but this didn't go on for long when the site I operated my business became no business zone several stalls were destroyed there by the county government, I took a break for a while in business until I recently ventured in poultry farming which I am currently working on it.

Loan Proposal

Farming will enable me get raw materials for my hotel thus reducing the cost of buying materials like vegetables, onions, tomatoes and maize. thus the amount i request will help me buy seedlings and fertilizer.
the breakdown is as follows:
fertilizer USD 30
Vegetable seeds USD 10
Onions seeds USD 10
Labour 20
The extra amount of 30 USD will allow me to buy the products as i wait for the harvest.
